Linda have you tried your local credit union, your fist mistake is using PAYDAY loan companies, they rip people off, and with the interest they charge you, they make it nearly impossible to ever pay them off.
Go check out credit unions and see if the will give you a personal loan.
The best place is the citizens advice bureau, they do for free what consolidation campanies etc, charge for.
